Lewis Capaldi has opened up about his Tourettes diagnosis and said that he thought he was dying before he was diagnosed. The 25-year-old joined Lorraine Kelly on her ITV sofa today to speak about his life lately and how he is dealing with managing the condition.

The Someone You Loved singer said people thought he was on drugs due to his tics and he revealed he has had botox to try and calm his shoulder tics.Lorraine said she thought he was very brave to open up about being diagnosed.

She added: "It was pretty brave of you, and I know you'll probably disagree with me, to talk about your Tourettes, I had no idea!
