Manchester is set for a baking hot Friday with a warm weekend to follow, which will inevitably see thousands across the city turn out to make the most of the nice weather.
This Sunday will also see the Manchester Day celebrations taking place, with a city centre parade, performances and events taking place to celebrate Mancunian identity.
