John Boyega waxwork at Madame Tussauds announced to mark star's 30th birthday
Star Wars actor John Boyega has been announced as the latest addition to Madame Tussauds wax museum in London. The actor, 30, who was born John Adedayo Bamidele Adegboyega, found fame internationally for his role as Finn in the Star Wars sequel trilogy films: The Force Awakens, The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, and has since gone on to appear in Small Axe, Detroit and Pacific Rim: Uprising. He is now set to be immortalised as a wax figure at London’s historic tourist attraction, with the news being announced on March 17 – his 30th birthdayPeckham-born Boyega, who has let his interest in starring in a Bridgerton-style period drama be known, attended a sitting in September last year with Madame Tussauds London’s artists, during which precise measurements and reference photographs were taken.
