The dognapping of Lady Gaga’s two French bulldogs and shooting of the "Rain On Me" singer's dog walker may have been a part of a gang initiation, according to a new report.  Authorities are now under the belief that the dognapping of Koji and Gustav, and the shooting of Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer, may have been a gang initiation following a string of similar incidents in the L.A.

 Lady Gaga’s  dog walker Ryan Fischer took to Instagram with a lengthy statement on Monday, speaking out for the first time since he was hospitalized for a gunshot wound.Fischer was shot on Wednesday, February 24 while out walking three of the star’s French bulldogs.

Many were shocked when Lady Gaga’s dog walker was shot and two of her French bulldogs stolen just last week, leaving the singer devastated and desperate to have them back.
