Former Coronation Street star Kym Marsh has posted a number of snaps to Instagram as she cuddled up to her husband Scott Ratcliffe on a trip - days after she became a grandmother for the second time. The 46 year old, who found fame as part of pop band Hear'Say in 2001, enjoyed a romantic getaway with her husband of almost a year at a hotel the UK, where they enjoyed dinner and spa treatments.
One snap that Kym posted was of herself and Scott in a hot tub, and the actress showed off her natural beauty as she opted to forgo makeup for the relaxation time. She also shared snaps of the pair's bedroom in the 'Love Nest' at the hotel, as well as them wrapped in towels in the spa, and enjoying a glass of wine at dinner.
Kym will need all of the relaxation time she can get, as soon she will be embarking on vigorous daily training after being announced as one of the stars of this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing. After her signing was announced by the BBC, Kym took to Instagram to confirm the news, posting her official Strictly Come Dancing headshot.
Alongside it, she wrote: "Oh my goodness!!! I am so excited to announce I shall be part of the strictly class of 2022!!! This show has always been one I longed to be a part of and I cannot wait! Super nervous, not sure how great I will be but up for the challenge!! @bbcstrictly here I come!!!!"
