Gary Barlow has revealed how his life changed and gave him a new perspective after the tragic loss of his daughter Poppy Barlow. The Take That singer, 51, spoke about the tragedy during his new one-man show A Different Stage which is taking place in London’s West End.The show tells the story of Gary’s life from how he grew up in a Cheshire town and joined Britain’s biggest boyband, as well as his battles with bulimia, booze and cannabis alongside a performance of his greatest hits.The honest insight into Gary’s life meant that he told viewers about the tragedy he and his wife Dawn faced in 2012 when his daughter Poppy was stillborn.

Harry Styles has added a fourth London show to his 2023 UK and Ireland headline tour.The ‘Harry’s House’ pop star recently extended his mammoth ‘Love On Tour’ into next year, having played a run of UK/Ireland and European shows this summer. He’s currently in the midst of New York residency ahead of further multi-night billings across North America.Last week, Styles announced that he’d be returning to these shores in May and June next year.

Rick Ross has announced a special, one-night-only event for Atlanta, where he’ll perform alongside the all-Black Orchestra Noir.The show, slated for November 4 at the Atlanta Symphony Hall, comes as the first North American event in the Red Bull Symphonic series. As its name implies, the series pairs an orchestra with artists that is typically unassociated with classical music, reinventing their catalogues in a hybrid format.

The scenario will remind audiences of her turn as the U.K. home secretary alongside Richard Madden’s bodyguard in the eponymous BBC drama, which became a global hit when it was picked up by Netflix. The setting for “Crossfire,” however, is a far cry from London’s Westminster, instead set at a luxury resort in the Canary Islands.

Elton John and the Scissor Sisters’ Jake Shears have come together to collaborate on the creation of a brand new musical based on the life of the legendary televangelist and LGBTQI icon, Tammy Faye Messner. The new musical, entitled Tammy Faye is slated to begin its run at the Almeida Theatre in London’s West End in October 2022.The cast of Tammy Faye, which includes Beautiful’s Katie Brayben, The Book of Mormon’s Andrew Rannells, and Zubin Varla, began rehearsals for the show this week. Tammy Faye will feature music by Elton John, with lyrics by Jake Shears. John has also famously written music for The Lion King and Billy Elliott. Elton John was nominated for a Tony Award in 1998 for Best Original Score for his work collaborating on the score for The Lion King and was nominated again in 2009 for Best Original Score for his work on Billy Elliott.The musical is based on the life of the iconic Tammy Faye Messner, who along with her former husband Jim Bakker fronted the PTL Club television ministry during the 1970s and 1980s.

Zac Brown Band has been traveling the country for their "Out in the Middle Tour" and just announced they will also be heading an ALS benefit show in Nashville next month.  The show will take place at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday, September 22. John Driskell Hopkins, a member of Zac Brown Band, was diagnosed with ALS in December 2021 and shared the news in May.  "Playing in Nashville, our home away from home, is always something special," the band wrote on their Instagram post announcing the show.

Mellors is onboard to adapt her book for the screen with Maggie Kiley attached to direct and executive produce via her overall deal with WBTV. WBTV declined to comment. In the book, twenty-four-year-old British painter Cleo has escaped from England to New York and is still finding her place in the sleepless city when, a few months before her student visa ends, she meets Frank. Naman Ramachandran Coldplay and Natalie Imbruglia paid fulsome tribute to Olivia Newton-John, who died last week, at London’s Wembley Stadium on Tuesday evening. Imbruglia sang Newton-John’s part of hit song “Summer Nights” from “Grease,” while Coldplay’s Chris Martin sang John Travolta’s part with Jacob Collier joining him during the chorus. Newton-John had played Sandy and Travolta Danny in the 1978 film.Earlier, Imbruglia and Coldplay also performed “Torn,” Imbruglia’s debut single, which was first recorded in 1993 as “Burned” in Danish by Lis Sørensen, followed in 1994 by Ednaswap, and in 1996 by Trine Rein.It was the third Wembley play date for Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres world tour.
