While appearing on the Not Skinny But Not Fat Apple podcast Tuesday, the Kardashians star explained:

As you probably know, the two now share a blended family of six total children, including 23-year-old Atiana De La Hoya, 18-year-old Landon Barker, 16-year-old Alabama Barker, 12-year-old Mason Disick, 10-year-old Penelope Disick, and 7-year-old Reign Disick. Kourtney responded to her therapist:
