The reality star took to her Instagram stories to showcase the stunning floral arrangement with her 159 million followers. The gorgeous bouquet featured three separate layers of red and pink roses neatly arranged into a loving heart shape.

Kourtney captioned the video with a love heart and a rose as she zoomed in to show fans the extravagant gift from her beau. It comes as the 42-year-old has been deluged with rumors and speculation that she could be expecting her fourth child with her future hubby Travis, 46.
