Kim Kardashian's fans have gone wild after she announced her brand new podcast with Spotify.The 41 year old billionaire is adding yet another string to her bow with the new podcast, which inspired by her interest and work on criminal justice reform. She will narrate the series as she looks into the case of Ohio man Kevin Kieth who was sentenced to death in 1994 for committing a triple murder, before former governor Ted Strickland commuted his sentence to life without parole in 2010.
Kim Kardashian’s The System: The Case Of Kevin Keith is now available to listeners on global steaming service Spotify, and there are already two episodes for them to delve into after they were released earlier today, Monday 3 October. The series will explore Kevin's attempts to prove his innocence since his 1994 conviction for the triple killings in Bucyrus, Ohio, which he swears he did not commit.
Announcing the podcast, Kim took to social media to share a video of her speaking to Kevin via video call, as her voiceover could be heard saying: "The case of Kevin Keith is deeply twisted and incredibly heartbreaking from all sides." A news reporter could then be heard saying: "An Ohio man has been sentenced to death." Kim's voice chimes back in as she says: "It sounds straightforward at first," whilst a reporter says: "Three counts of murder for allegedly killing three members of the Chapman family." Kim says: "But the deeper we go, the more the reported events there are called into question." On Monday, Spotify released the first two episodes of original podcast “Kim Kardashian’s The System: The Case of Kevin Keith,” available worldwide. Following the series premiere, new episodes will be released each Monday thereafter. The eight-episode podcast is narrated by Kardashian alongside veteran true-crime producer Lori Rothschild Ansaldi, produced by Spotify and Tenderfoot TV. It follows the story of Keith, an Ohio man convicted of triple homicide who — for nearly three decades — has been working alongside his family to prove he was wrongly accused.
