Kevin De Bruyne says Manchester City will leave everything on the pitch in their final Premier League fixtures as they battle with rivals Liverpool for the title.
City take on Liverpool at the Etihad on Sunday with a point advantage at the top of the table, knowing the chance to go four points clear would given them a significant advantage in the title race.
However, City talisman De Bruyne has been full of praise for Liverpool and admits the Blues must prepare for a possibility that sees the Premier League title go to Anfield. If that happens, he says, City would accept it if they give maximum effort in the final fixtures of the season.

Speaking to Metro, De Bruyne said of Liverpool: "I think they’re great. I feel like here are two teams fighting each other so much and both know what it takes to keep pushing and pushing and we are the only teams to have done that for the last five years.
"I like the big matches. It’s two fully attacking teams and our games this season have been entertaining. I can’t remember playing them when it’s been boring.
"In my way of thinking, if I tried everything I could to win it and it didn’t happen, it’s okay. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it’s not possible.
"We want to win every game but sometimes you get setbacks. Even if you don’t make it, you have the chance to be part of these things [at City]. We are doing what everyone wants to do by being in contention for titles."
