Kerry Katona has shared her advice for Cara Delevingne amid reports she is struggling with issues that go beyond substance abuse. It has been reported that 30 year old model Cara's family are planning an intervention for her after a string of erratic appearances in public. Kerry, 42, has been open about her own struggles in the past and has now exclusively shared the advice she would give to Cara.
She told us: "Cara Delevingne has sparked fears over her health after not showing up for fashion shows and she is reportedly struggling with issues that go beyond substance abuse. "It’s heartbreaking to see this happen to her. I really hope she’s getting the help that she needs and people are doing what they can to support her." Kerry continues: "You can see she’s not herself and she’s struggling.
I’ve been there and it’s a horrible feeling when you’ve lost your way. "I know how it feels and it was a low time in my life, but people need to understand that we can all go off track. "We all go through our hard times and we all get lost, but we all have the strength to get through it with help.
"I really hope Cara gets back on track and gets the support she deserves." Earlier this month it was reported that Cara's friends have been rallying around her, following concern surrounding her recent erratic behaviour, and absence from events including the launch of her capsule collection with Karl Lagerfeld designers in New York. After turning 30 earlier this year, Cara revealed in an interview with Stylist Magazine that she was shocked to still be alive. The model said: "Honestly, I didn't think I'd be alive at this age. I literally couldn't wait to turn 30, because the 20s are f***ing hard.
