Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods has had his impending court date postponed.The car dealer and former Love Island star is set to appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court after being charged by police under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.The 33 year old was expected to attend the session this Thursday 10 March, but the case has now been postponed to Wednesday, 23 March instead. It comes after Essex Police confirmed Woods had been charged under Section 4 following an arrest last August. “A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged," the force said in a statement last month. “He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10.” Following the postponement, Essex Police have confirmed there are no amendments to the charge. It comes as Carl and Katie, 43, have been enjoying a holiday abroad in Thailand.
