Katie Price's court date for allegedly breaching a restraining order by contacting her ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée Michelle Pentecost has been pushed back. Last month, the former glamour model was charged after she allegedly sent a message to Michelle back in January. If convicted, she could face time in prison.
Police previously confirmed that she would appear in court Tuesday, April 12, but the hearing has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 27. Katie was hit with the allegations that she'd contacted Kieran's fiancee Michelle Pentecost in January, breaching Michelle's restraining order against the mum-of-five. The Mucky Mansion star was given a five-year restraining order in 2019 after swearing at Michelle in the school playground and was banned from contacting Michelle "directly or indirectly".
Katie is said to have texted Michelle a foul-mouthed message and could now face time in jail if she is convicted. A Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed to the Mirror at the time: "On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order. "Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment — breach of a restraining order.
She will appear at Crawley magistrates' court on Tuesday, April 12." The charge came just three months after Katie was handed a suspended sentence after pleading guilty to driving-related offences, including doing so without a license and while under the influence of alcohol. Katie had flipped her car while under the influence, and in court, was told by District Judge Amanda Kelly: "When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others. You could have killed somebody.
