Katie Piper's acid attacker "fled the UK two months" ago, as police continue their hunt to find him. Stefan Sylvestre threw sulphuric acid in Loose Women star Katie's face in 2008 on order of her bitter ex boyfriend Daniel Lynch, leaving her with severe burns and blind in one eye.The star, now 38, spent months in intensive care and had to undergo multiple skin grafts for the facial disfigurements and she still bears scars on her face and body from the horrific attack.

"Enquiries undertaken so far indicate that Sylvestre left the UK on Tuesday, 2 August. "Officers from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command continue to work with partner agencies to locate and arrest him.
Sylvestre should not be approached." A Probation Service spokeswoman previously told Metro.co.uk: "We are urgently working with the police to bring the offender back to prison where he’ll face longer behind bars." Katie's ex boyfriend Daniel Lynch, who organised the attack, was sentenced to 16 years imprisonment after being charged with sexual assault on Katie and for asking Sylvestre to carry out the acid attack. Katie is now a successful author and TV personality, often appearing on the panel of ITV's Loose
