The mum-of-three also told fans that her home birth hit a major "glitch", but ultimately she was able to deliver her daughter at home. Katherine, 39, grabbed a few precious moments of sleep with her newborn earlier this afternoon, and partner Bobby was on hand to capture the sweet moment.
Once she had woken up, she recorded a video on Instagram in which she revealed the baby had been born in eldest daughter Violet's bedroom. She said: "We did it, harvesting colostrum is the best thing I ever did. I'm using it now because she's tiny.
"We'll tell you the whole story on the podcast, but we hit a glitch, a big glitch that delayed things. It was a bit touch and go, but we made it and we got to stay home."
