Kate Middleton proved you don't need the crown jewels to look like royalty as she showed off a pair of earrings worth just £2.10.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore the bargain earrings from Accessorize and £130 trousers from Jigsaw during her latest trip out in London.
Kate and Prince William visited the Foundling Museum in London, and Kate wore a peacock blue wool winter coat, a navy knitted turtleneck, navy flared trousers and pointed blue suede heels.
Her earrings are known as mini hammered doorbell earrings and were originally sold at £7 in Accessorize before being slashed down in the sale.
Since Kate has worn them they have been sold out but there are others on the market which look similar.
It's not the first time Kate has shown that she likes a high street bargain and she recently wore some ASOS twisted gold hoops that cost just £10.
The Foundling Museum trip was a chance to see first hand the challenges of those who turned their lives around after growing up in chaotic homes.
Kate, who last year set up her Centre for Early Childhood, and Wills spoke with charity bosses there.
The topics of the days were homelessness, mental health impact and helping young people in care.
The Foundling Hospital, is the UK's first children's charity founded in 1739.
Kate voiced concern that without stable homes children would have to continuously tell their story again and again.
Will said: "That may become emotionally exhausting to tell the story again and again. We've had that in the mental health side of things, people end up on the street, go through hoops and hurdles, tell so many people in authority and nothing changes.
"You have to get to them a lot earlier so they don't have to keep doing this."
