Kate Ferdinand has been enjoying a whirlwind getaway with her friends, sharing a video of them sipping cocktails in a hot tub.The former TOWIE star, 30, posted the clip on her Instagram Stories which showed the quartet wearing matching black bikinis whilst they looked out onto picturesque Iceland.The friends were visiting the country during a short one and a half day trip. Kate, who is married to former professional footballer Rio Ferdinand, captioned the video: "A fabulous 36 hours in Iceland with the girls." She then shared a picture of a sign which read: "Welcome! Your only responsibility whilst here is to live in the moment." She filmed herself on Instagram whilst working out in an all black skin-tight ensemble. She said the workout session was a "struggle" after a few days of not exercising but added: "It's done now and I feel so much better." In the background of the video, Rio could be heard talking to the couple's baby Cree.
Kate started dating Rio in 2017, two years after his late wife Rebecca Ellison passed away from breast cancer. Her and Rio share a blended family of Lorenz, 15, Tate, 13 and Tia, as well as their one-year-old son Cree.
She has previously said that the couple talk about Rebecca all the time and that learning about her has made her a better parent. Speaking on the Parenting Hell podcast, Kate said: "Their mum is a massive part of our lives and always will be.
