Much loved TV personality and former TOWIE star Kate Ferdinand has shared the secret to keeping her little one’s curls in good condition, and fans were thrilled to discover it's all thanks to one product. Kate, who is married to footballer Rio Ferdinand, reveals Cantu’s haircare products are what she uses to maintain their children’s (namely her two-year-old's) naturally curly locks.
Kate and Rio share one son together, two year old Cree, with Kate also being a step-mum to Rio's three other children, Lorenz, 16, Tate, 14, and Tia, 11, from his first marriage. Kate has often been praised by other parents for how well she maintains the kids' natural curls, and after receiving plenty of messages from fellow parents asking for the secret behind their beautiful curls, Kate revealed she uses the Cantu Care for Kids Set, £33 here.
Posting her reply to her Instagram stories, Kate showed the transition of Cree’s curls whilst using the products, showing how they went from tangled and frizzy to well-defined and glossy within three to four hours as they dried. She also shared some advice for parents, saying she’d bought the full kids hair package on Amazon, and recommended doing their hair while they’re occupied.
Kate told her followers she tends to do Cree’s hair whilst he’s in his high chair “so he can’t escape”, she joked, so he eats his breakfast while she does her hair. Kate also admitted she had tried to do a tutorial video showing the exact process she follows to achieve the beautiful curls, but her son kept turning around during filming, meaning she couldn’t share it.
