Kim Kardashian West has spoken for the first time about her husband Kanye West’s bipolar disorder after he shared a string of concerning tweets.

Referencing his now-deleted tweets from the day before, he explained that his wife tried to fly into Wyoming, where he is thought to be staying in a secure bunker, with doctors.
