The new movie Rosaline, a twist on the classic Romeo and Juliet story, will be released on Hulu next week and the cast just stepped out for a red carpet premiere!
Kaitlyn Dever and Isabela Merced walked the carpet together on Thursday night (October 6) at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood.
The ladies were joined by co-stars Sean Teale, Minnie Driver, Christopher McDonald, Spencer Stevenson, Nico Hiraga, and Mercedes Colon, along with director Karen Maine, and screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber.
Rosaline is a clever and comedic twist on Shakespeare’s classic love story “Romeo & Juliet,” told from the perspective of Juliet’s cousin Rosaline (Dever), who also happens to be Romeo’s recent love interest. Heartbroken when Romeo (Kyle Allen) meets Juliet (Merced) and begins to pursue her, Rosaline schemes to foil the famous romance and win back her guy.
The movie will premiere on Hulu on October 14. Watch the trailer now!
