Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods has had his impending court date postponed.The car dealer and former Love Island star is set to appear at Colchester Magistrates' Court after being charged by police under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.The 33 year old was expected to attend the session this Thursday 10 March, but the case has now been postponed to Wednesday, 23 March instead. It comes after Essex Police confirmed Woods had been charged under Section 4 following an arrest last August.
