Law enforcement sources told TMZ the John Wick star was just found at his home in Studio City on Friday morning. The cause of death is unknown but seems to be natural. So sad…
Reddick was a THAT GUY for decades, playing key roles in shows like American Horror Story, Oz, Fringe, LOST, Law & Order, and Bosch, not to mention dozens of films. Before becoming the soft-spoken concierge Charon in the Wick films, he was probably best known as Daniels on The Wire, which was set in his hometown of Baltimore.
In addition to John Wick Chapter 4, which hits theaters next week, he will also appear in the upcoming Disney+ TV show adaptation of Percy Jackson and the Olympians, where he’ll be seen as Zeus, the father of the gods.
Reddick’s warmth and that trademark voice will be missed. #RIP
