Your Friday night plans are set as Netflix has posted a new prison interview with “Tiger King” star Joseph Maldonado-Passage aka Joe Exotic.

All eyes have been on Netflix’s new crime docuseries Tiger King, following its premiere on the streaming service. The gritty series traces the steps of a man named Joe Exotic, a breeder of big cats and owner of an Oklahoma-based petting zoo.

Since its release, has captivated viewers all around the country with the unbelievably true story about roadside zoo owner and animal breeder Joe Exotic and his longtime battle with Carole Baskin, an animal activist and owner of Big Cat Rescue. Filmed from 2014 to 2020, the docuseries chronicled Exotic’s escalating antics, which ended with his nemesis being the target of a failed murder-for-hire plot and Exotic being sentenced to 22 years behind bars. 

"Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness" star Carole Baskin fascinated viewers at the start of the Netflix series when her catchphrase "Hey you cool cats and kittens" went viral. But after finishing episode three of the seven-episode series, observers pivoted from viewing Baskin as an outspoken animal rights activist to searching for answers as to whether or not she killed her former husband, Don Lewis, who disappeared years ago.
