‘Breaking Bad’ actor Mike Batayeh’s cause of death revealed

who died June 1 at his Michigan home, has been confirmed.In an email to The Post, a representative for the Washtenaw County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed that the 52-year-old performer died by “asphyxia hanging.”No further details were released by the office.His family had previously told The Post that Batayeh died in his sleep of a heart attack and that his passing was very sudden, with relatives adding that he did not have a history of heart issues.“He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many,” his family previously said in a statement to TMZ, and a celebration of life service is set for June 16 in Plymouth, Michigan, his manager told The Post.The Post has reached out to Batayeh’s manager and family for comment.In his memorable role, Batayeh played Markowski — the manager of Lavandería Brillante industrial laundromat, run by drug kingpin Gus Fring — in three episodes of AMC’s “Breaking Bad,” from 2011 to 2012.

The film, the third in a franchise that pits a heavy-fisted cop, portrayed by Ma Dong-seok (aka Don Lee), against colorfully devious rogues, crushed all competing titles by taking an 88% market share. In terms of admissions, it attracted 2.82 million into cinemas between Friday and Sunday. The film’s official opening was on Wednesday (May 31). But it also enjoyed wide previews through much of the preceding week. Adding in the weekday takings and the preview activity, “The Roundup: No Way Out” has a current aggregate of $34.1 million and has sold a total of 4.51 million tickets, according to data from Kobis, the tracking service operated by the Korean Film Council.

With Burna Boy headlining day one and Wizkid taking the stage on day two, Afro Nation Miami had an unmistakable African essence, fusing afrobeats, amapiano, and reggae. The festival featured two distinct stages: the Audiomack Amapiano stage, featuring eclectic South African sounds, and the MainStage, with afrobeats and reggae. Mavado, Shenseea and an array of other acts covered the dancehall and reggae genres, while afrobeat aficionados were spoilt for choices with Asake, Black Sherif, Rema, Fireboy DML and the charismatic Uncle Waffles (who is female), among others.
