Jimmy Savile's paedophile chauffeur has died in Strangeways prison.
Ray Teret passed away aged 79 at HMP Manchester this morning, the Mirror reports.
He had previously fought off coronavirus after catching it behind bars. He also battled cancer, although the cause of his death has not yet been confirmed.
Teret, who became known as Savile's 'shadow', was reportedly found dead in his cell at the category A prison
