Janey has been sharing her cancer journey online and as today marks her birthday, she picked up her camera and recorded a message.
She said: "Hi everybody well today is my birthday, I have finally reached 62. I never thought I would make it this whole last year going through chemotherapy and surgery and so many treatments for the ovarian cancer, but I made it another year.
"Who knows how long I am going to last, I don't think I'm going to last as long as I wanted to because ovarian cancer is treatable but not curable, but on February 1st, I get to go through and do my tour and start my tour in Arbroath.
"I am super excited about going on tour, I want to Scottish NHS and The Beatson for this whole year of treatment, chemotherapy and maintenance treatment and thank you to everybody who has been supporting me, I got a lovely knitting set and lots of crafting from Ashley and some nice gifts and had my dinner tonight at Eusebi's."
She added: "I never thought I would see this year, but I've made it one more year... that's all we can do is live every day for the day. I don't know how much time
