Jamie-Lynn Sigler is sharing about her recent move from Los Angeles to Austin, Texas and how it's benefitted her entire family.The 40-year-old actress made the big move in 2021 during the pandemic with her sons Beau, eight, and Jack, three, whom she shares with baseball player husband Cutter Dykstra, 32.'I feel disconnected, in the best way I've ever known,' The Sopranos star revealed.

'It's all about outdoors and nature which I really appreciate since I never had it growing up in New York and L.A.,' she said.The Big Sky star is also thrilled to be giving her sons a more active childhood where they can play outside and not spend their days in front of phone and computer screens. 'We fully embrace lake life!' she said.

Dancing On Ice for bringing diversity to the forefront of British telly.The sprint runner, who took home a bronze medal last year in Tokyo, took part in the 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing with pro Oti Mabuse.Track and field Paralympian Stef Reid MBE, who lost her right foot in a boating accident and had her right leg below the knee amputated is on the new series of the skating show.Jonnie says: “The inclusion we are seeing - not just disabilities, but against racism and sexism - on TV is what we need to see more of in the world."10 years ago media and TV to now is worlds apart.“Shows like Dancing on Ice I’m A Celebrity, Love Island and I’m A Celebrity are representing the public saying: ‘I want more of this’.“These are not people to be put away and hid in the shadows, so I hope it keeps improving.”The 28-year-old has set himself a new year’s resolution to bring back his Channel 4 show Jonnie’s Blade Camp bigger and better than before in 2022.Series one offered a year-long training camp for five amputees.When he was five, Jonnie’s right leg was amputated below the knee after he contracted meningitis.Jonnie says: “I spoke to the director a couple of weeks ago and I want more one-on-one time with the kids – and more kids.“I’d like to see how many we can help in a day of confidence building.“It was one of the coolest things I’ve ever been involved with and incredibly rewarding.”Jonnie also starred in Hollyoaks this year, which he found more relaxing than his time on Strictly, where he was the first amputee Paralympian to perform on the show.He says: “I grew up watching Hollyoaks so I won’t say no to many things like that which are fun and cool.“It was a bizarre life moment.“I don’t think I enjoyed Strictly as much as I
