Family knows best, and now the sisters of one of the UK’s most successful presenters are shedding light on the true and loving nature of James Corden. Sisters of super-confident presenter have revealed he is the “quietest” of the trio of siblings. Appearances sure can be deceptive, because it is easy to assume that a vocal and bubbly personality on-stage is similar to what they would be like off-stage.
He has been nominated 22 times for the celebrated Primetime Emmy Awards for The Late Late Show where his chatty persona made him star of the show and has led to him being lauded the world over. Nina Tassler, American television executive and producer and former chairwoman of CBS Entertainment, once even referred to James as “a cross between Fred Astaire and Jack Black”, both of whom can be seen as high-energy individuals. Now sisters Ange, 46, who is a social worker, and Ruth, 39, who is a PA, have shared how their elder brother is “the most introverted” out of the three siblings, in a new interview in The Sun.
Ruth said: “James is probably the most introverted of the three of us. When we are all together Ange and I are cracking up and James is giving it the, 'Oh yeah, you two... 'course you're finding that funny'.
"Obviously when he is on stage and working he has huge amounts of confidence. But I would say he is the quietest out of the three of us, which is difficult for people to understand. "Ange and I tend to be more of the stupid ones.
We're always cracking jokes. "Laughter, humour and not taking ourselves too seriously has always been part of our upbringing. Even if things aren’t great, or you were struggling at school or whatever it might be, we were always able to try and find that funny.
