Jacqueline Jossa joins husband Dan Osborne for heavy gym session as they celebrate his birthday

Dan Osborne celebrated turning 31 on Monday by visiting the gym with his wife Jacqueline Jossa.The dedicated fitness fanatic appeared in happy spirits as he was spotted arriving for his workout session with his wife by his side in Essex. Dan held onto a big black gym bag as he wore a grey T-shirt with black sleeves and a pair of black shorts revealing his muscly tattooed legs and completed his look by adding some black trainers.
Jacqueline, 29, sported an oversized white T-shirt and wore black cycling shorts underneath with a pair of chunky white platform slide sandals, while she held onto a large blue tote. The couple were seen laughing as they made their way to the gym entrance to begin their exercise appointment together.
Dan posted the results of his workout afterwards on Instagram Stories as he gave followers a glimpse of his sweat-soaked gym T-shirt following his session. “Birthday workout!! Disgustingly sweaty after that one,” he captioned.
“Suddenly I’m 31 and need to stay young.” The star shared a second photo that day showing him with his three children Teddy, eight, who he has from a previous relationship, and daughters Ella, seven, and Mia, four, whom he shares with Jacqueline, as he marked his birthday with the post. In the snap, the TV star could be seen beaming as he posed for the photo with his kids in front of a large arch of blue balloons.
Dan wrote: “And just like that, I’m 31 years old!
