ITV Love Island's Paige shares her mum's opinions of Adam now as they confirm relationship status

Love Island's Paige Thorne has shared what her mum thinks of Adam Collard now in her first joint TV interview with her new man. The Welsh paramedic and new personal trainer beau appeared on ITV's Lorraine on Friday (August 12) where they were quizzed on their post-villa life so far by host Ranvir Singh.
The couple just missed out on the final of the ITV2 dating show when they were booted from the villa in the last dumping of the series. The remaining couples had to turn on one another and choose the two couples who they thought were the least compatible. All but one of the five couples then faced the public vote with fans choosing to lose Adam and Paige before the grand finale.
But since leaving Mallorca, the pair appear to be going from strength to strength with Adam revealing this week that he had asked Paige to be his girlfriend. And speaking to Ranvir, Paige confirmed that her boyfriend did get her family's approval after a rather frosty meeting during Love Island's 'Meet the Parents' episode in which her mum said she 'wasn't buying' Adam.

Speaking on Lorraine, Paige said her mum was "a hundred per cent" a fan of Adam and continued: "She absolutely loves him now. It took all of two minutes when he came down to Swansea, now she is just obsessed." She also shared how she had thrown her man "in at the deep end" as he met the entirety of her family at the same time.
