Robert Rinder swapped his courtroom for a place on the Good Morning Britain desk as he made a return to the show.
The criminal law barrister and TV star, also known as Judge Rinder, was reunited with his friend Susanna Reid for the ITV news programme on Wednesday.
Rob made his hosting debut on the show last year and is among GMB's rosta of male stars who have been drafted in since Piers Morgan quit last year.
He re-joined the programme as its coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine continued.

Welcoming Rob to the show early this morning, Susanna said: ""It's lovely to have you with us this morning Rob and particularly to draw on your expertise because we are seeing increased military action and assault on Ukraine in particular what is happening in Kyiv.
"There are a number of actions that the Russians are taking which could amount to a war crime, possibly even have committed so far, you as a barrister have been involved with dealing with war crimes, what is your assessment at the moment of what is going on?"
He suggested in response: "It's difficult to know where to begin here this isn't just tragic this is a breach of international law."
Soon after Susanna mentioned Rob's "personal history which is wrapped up in what happened in the second world war".
"We have to be careful about making sure that when we use parallels like that, that they're right," Rob told Susanna.
As the programme continued, GMB viewers were taking to social media to have their say on Rob's latest hosting stint - and they were in agreement.
