ITV Emmerdale fans spot 'sweet' character change amid emotional Charity and Mack scenes

Emmerdale fans spotted a sudden change in one character amid emotional scenes. Many of those tuning into the episode were left in tears as Charity Dingle and Mackenzie Boyd tragically lost their unborn child. The couple, played by Emma Atkins and Lawrence Robb, had to terminate their baby in the heartbreaking scenes.
Fans of the ITV soap were surprised to discover Charity was expected last month. It was a double baby bombshell as the news came out as she helped teen Amelia Spencer with her secret pregnancy. After initial doubts about becoming a mum-of-five, Charity and Mack have been excitedly looking to the future.
But in scenes aired on Thursday night (August 18) the pair were given the devastating news that they have suffered an ectopic pregnancy. Mack rushed his girlfriend to hospital after finding her on the floor of their kitchen doubled over in pain.

After a scan, Charity and Mack were told the pregnancy was ectopic and therefore not viable as they struggled to process the devastating news. Mackenzie was left heartbroken as he struggled to understand what was happening as Charity explained: "It means the baby is in the wrong place so it can't survive…"
While he struggled to accept what they had been told, in a heartbreaking twist, they asked if they could listen to the baby's heartbeat one last time. Upon returning home, Mack went out for a walk to clear his head and bumped into his sister Moira who was the only one to know about their news.
Back at home, Charity emerged from her room to find Noah who offered his mum some support after Mack told him what had happened. At the end of the episode
