ITV Coronation Street's Hope star Isabella Flanagan discusses 'heated' home life with soap siblings

Coronation Street youngster Isabella Flanagan has opened up about her home life with her fellow soap star siblings. Fans will best recognise the actress for playing troublesome Hope Stape in the ITV soap, the daughter of Fiz and her serial killer ex John.
But she's not the only talent in her family. Some fans may already know but her twin brother William plays Joseph Brown in the long-running Salford-based soap and their older sister, Amelia, is best recognised for playing April Windsor in TV rival Emmerdale, a role she has held since 2014.
The trio are regularly applauded for their character portrayals but it's Amelia and Isabella who will be going head-to-head at this year's Inside Soap Awards. The pair are both up for the Best Young Performer award against Amelia's Emmerdale co-star Gabrielle Dowling, who plays Cathy Hope, as well as Isabella's Corrie co-star Jude Riordan, who plays Sam Blakeman.

When Isabella was quizzed on how she felt about competing against her sibling she said it felt "really good" as it is the first award nomination she has ever received. She told Inside Soap I always felt left out as my sister has won so many awards," she revealed. "So it's nice to finally be nominated."
"But we always support each other and run lines together. We have a really great bond," she added. However, she did admit that during awards season, the debates between the siblings at home can get quite "heated".
