ITV confirms its plans to cover the Queen's state funeral

The Queen 's funeral saw Prince William and Prince Harry reunite and put their feud behind them to say a final goodbye to their grandmother. The brothers are known to have a tense relationship and have spent little time together since Harry and wife Meghan Markle quit the UK for California.

Around 2,000 guests gathered at Westminster Abbey for Queen Elizabeth II's state funeral on 19 September, including seven former Prime Ministers and the entire Royal Family. Each guest was dressed in black and many paid tribute to the late monarch with their outfit choices and jewellery selections. Many of the female guests in attendance opted to wear black headwear, with some choosing hats while others opted for headbands.

Presenting live on Talk TV, Vanessa, 60, apologised to viewers for her tears and had to reach for a tissue to dab her eyes as she struggled to keep it together. Joining Vanessa were journalist Emily Andrews and leader of Reform UK Richard Tice, for a discussion on the poignant moments of the ceremony including when the Lord Chamberlain broke his wand of state and placed it on Her Majesty's coffin.

Meghan Markle is paying her final respects to Queen Elizabeth II. The 41-year-old Duchess of Sussex attended the State Funeral of the late British monarch on Sunday at Westminster Abbey. She arrived solo as her husband, Prince Harry, participated in the procession behind the queen’s coffin from Westminster Hall to Westminster Abbey.
