ITV bosses have no choice but to cut Dancing On Ice 2021 series short after seven stars drop out

Warren-Plant and Vanessa Bauer, a month after they were forced to bow out of the competition prematurely.  The Emmerdale actor, 18, and the professional skater, 24, were 'heartbroken' when they had to give up their place on the show after both testing positive for coronavirus.

This year’s embattled Dancing on Ice series has been dramatically cut short.

The Sun about the shock decision claimed: 'Everybody is absolutely gutted that it’s come to this. 'But ultimately, due to injuries and shooting the show during a pandemic, they’ve been left with no choice.

Dancing on Ice has been like none other before, with a staggering number of celebrities being forced to withdraw from the competition. As a result, ITV has confirmed it will be moving the final for the 2021 series forward by a week, cutting the competition earlier than initially planned.
