Cian Ducrot has reacted to All For You becoming his first Top 10 hit on the Official Irish Singles Chart.
Last Friday, All For You climbed into the Irish Singles Chart Top 10, reaching a new peak of Number 9. Written and produced solely by Cian himself, All For You was first released in April of this year, and has been steadily climbing the charts ever since, thanks to traction on TikTok.
Taking to Twitter over the weekend, Cian shared the news with his fans and followers that All For You had (finally) cracked into the upper echelons of the singles chart.
"Number 9 in Ireland," Cian wrote, sharing an emoji of the Irish flag. "Thank you, holy smokes!!!!!"
Holy smokes indeed.
Hailing from Cork, Cian spoke to Irish Charts earlier this year about his journey to releasing All For You and his experiences as a rising songwriter for hire; his most recent cut includes Lauren Spencer-Smith's tender Flowers, which reached Number 13 on the Irish Singles Chart, and Number 17 on the UK Official Singles Chart.
Following a great breakthrough year, Cian will be heading out on his first headline tour of the UK & Ireland this September, including a homecoming show in Cork. You can view his upcoming tour dates in full below.
