While the antics in the Love Island villa have never fallen short of providing the drama, things have become even more intense recently after the girls headed off to Casa Amor. With a whole host of new singletons split across the two villas, the existing contestants must decide whether to couple up with a newbie or to remain loyal to their existing pair. And one person who is familiar with the Casa Amor experience is Amy Day, who appeared in the infamous villa on last year’s show.
The former Love Island contestant entered the show alongside fellow contestants including Lillie Haynes and was chosen by Hugo Hammond to enter the main villa. I shared the car ride with Lillie and we spent the whole journey laughing and screaming,” she says. “As soon as we got dropped off outside the villa, we saw the other girls and that’s when we all got talking. We probably had an hour to get to know each other before we made our big entrance.” The entrance isn’t a one shot take Amy has revealed that the videos of the bombshells entering the villa are more than just a simple walk.
“Entering the villa was the craziest day - it was also the hottest day of the year, too,” she explains. “The producers had to film us walking into the villa and we must’ve filmed that walk about 10 or 15 times before we got it right. “As it was so hot, we were all sweating and the
