It is understood that the 57-year-old was there throughout both of his wife's labours, and on each occasion was later spotted returning to the London hospital to visit his wife and their newborn. While these are 33-year-old Carrie's only children, the Prime Minister has fathered a number of grown-up children who are step-siblings to Wilfred and his baby sister.The PM also has four other children, who tend to stay out of the spotlight.
