Wanderers had sought to bring back Fossey to the club this summer. The Fulham defender, who has a year left on his Craven Cottage contract, had impressed during a loan spell at the University of Bolton Stadium during the second half of last season.
But Wanderers ended their interest in the player due to interest emerging from the Championship. They have since moved quickly to confirm the capture of Bradley for the upcoming campaign.
