The elite line-up of police and military personnel will attempt to track down the fugitives using live CCTV, drones, tracker dogs, mobile phone monitoring and publicity campaigns.
And for the first time ever in Hunted history, the contestants must make their initial escape from an island. They will arrive on a deserted beach on the Isle of Wight with just a small amount of cash and a change of clothes. Those who manage to stay under the radar for 25 days and reach the final checkpoint will win a share of a huge cash prize. So when does Hunted 2022 start on Channel 4? Here's the lowdown ahead of season six. Hunted season six will get underway on Sunday, May 22 at 9pm on Channel 4.
