Huge 'zombie knife' and stolen motorbikes found as two boys, 14 and 15, arrested

Two teenage boys have been arrested after being found with a huge 'zombie knife' and two stolen motorbikes.
The suspects - aged 14 and 15 - were stopped by police in the Dane Bank area of Tameside last night (Tuesday).
Members of the public spotted a 'group of males acting suspiciously' in the area.
The boys were detained by police for burglary and theft related offences, a post on the GMP Tameside page said.

A huge 'zombie knife' was found, as well as two stolen motorbikes.
Officers posted a picture of the knife measured against a 50cm ruler - with the blade measuring at around 40cm.

Patrols will now stepped up in the area as enquiries are carried out.
"Officers will be in the area throughout the day in relation to this incident - carrying out CCTV enquiries", the GMP Tameside post said.
"Officers will also be patrolling the area throughout the evening and night; and residents are advised to report any suspicious activity."
It added: "Tameside's Serious Acquisitive Crime Team will now be questioning both males, with further enquiries being made."
