Millions across the UK should have received the first half of the Cost of Living payment by the end of July.
However, there may be a chance that some benefit claimants who were expecting the payment have not received it. If that is the case then you should take the necessary steps to see if you've been missed out instead of waiting any longer.
First and foremost, you should contact the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to inform them that you were expecting the £326 payment and have not yet received it. It's important to note that you are only eligible for the payment if you receive means-tested benefits which may include:
