Holly Willoughby reportedly "wants Phillip Schofield gone" from This Morning as their once-close friendship is rumoured to have hit the rocks.Talk of a rift between the pair emerged this week, with Phillip, 61, going on to release a statement, which is said to have left Holly, 42, "blindsided" as she had no idea he was going to do so.
