A drowning dog was rescued by a 'heroic' jogger after it was spotted struggling in a Greater Manchester canal.
A woman was jogging at the side of Radcliffe Canal, just before it turns into the River Irwell in Radcliffe, at about 5.45pm on Wednesday April 14 when she saw a man walking ahead of her.
As the jogger got closer to the man, she then saw a small dog 'terrified', 'shaking' and struggling

DC‘s 2019 film Joker is to be screened in UK concert venues with a live orchestra playing composer Hildur Guðnadóttir’s award-winning score.The event is part of a UK tour dubbed ‘Joker – LiveIn Concert’ and it will kick off at London’s Eventim Apollo on September 26.The tour will also call at Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool and Cardiff.
