The 2021 Emmy Awards ratings are officially in!
According to Nielsen, the Sunday night award ceremony, which was hosted by Cedric The Entertainer, averaged about 7.4 million viewers.
The ratings for the 2021 ceremony are up 16% over the 6.36 million viewers for last year’s Emmys.
The 2021 show is also the highest for the awards since 10.2 million watched on NBC in 2018.
