Alan Shearer and Thierry Henry became the first players to be inducted to the Premier League Hall of Fame on Monday. The Hall of Fame is intended to be the league’s highest individual honour, recognising retired players who were not only special talents but also standout professionals, and those who have made important contributions on and off the pitch.
