For many people that are in their 30s (and older), “Twister” holds a special place in their hearts. Sure, the film is ridiculous, but it also has one of the best casts (including a scene-stealing Philip Seymour Hoffman) and some great lines (“‘The Suck Zone.’ It’s the point basically when the twister… sucks you up.

“Twister” remake was in development at Universal Studios. At the time, “Top Gun: Maverick” director Joseph Kosinski was reportedly in talks to direct the reboot and Frank Marshall would produce the film.
