A heartbroken couple is desperate for answers after their a disastrous forceps delivery that was 'like something out of a horror film'.
Little Winter Vernon was born on May 10 this year at Ormskirk Hospital.
She was transferred to Alder Hey Children's Hospital where she died the following day from what are believed to have been severe head injuries.
Her mum, Marisa Sheard, and dad, Michael Vernon, believe the use of forceps in the delivery went catastrophically wrong.
