A dad headbutted a headteacher after being called to pick up his child - due to their behavioural issues. Shaun Pattyson, 27, and his partner were asked to collect their daughter from Chesterton Community Sports College, Staffordshire.

Now magistrates have adjourned the case and Pattyson will learn his fate at North Staffordshire Justice Centre next month, reports StokeOnTrentLive. Prosecutor Emma Thompson said Mr Swindells has worked at the school for 25 years and has been head for a decade.
