It seems that an estimated time frame for Star Wars: Andor has been announced. It appears that Lucasfilm is looking at the summer of 2022 for the show’s release as they have many things that will come out before Andore, such as The Book Of Boba Fett, Kenobi, and Ashoka.

Rogue Squadron, the Star Wars film set to be directed by Patty Jenkins, has been taken off Disney’s production schedule for next year.Jenkins (Wonder Woman) and writer Matthew Robinson have reportedly been developing Rogue Squadron over the past year, with hopes of entering production in 2022.According to The Hollywood Reporter, Disney has now taken the film off the 2022 production schedule due to Jenkins’ other commitments.

Twitter that she was inspired to tackle what will be “the greatest fighter pilot movie of all time” because of her own experience as the daughter of a fighter pilot in the military.

Almost a year ago, Lucasfilm finally pulled back the curtain and revealed which project will be the first “Star Wars” film in theaters since 2019’s ‘Rise of Skywalker.’ The new film, titled “Rogue Squadron,” was introduced by filmmaker Patty Jenkins, coming off her huge blockbuster success with “Wonder Woman.” However, since that announcement, there hasn’t been any news about casting or production on the film, even with its 2023 release date.
